haha, yep - pretty much you and one other person. It's a shame so many people left, but hey, these things often roll around. Hopefully they'll return! It's good to know some older faces ARE still here though ^^

I can't sit hear complaining so much when you're out there giving it your all.

I was never able to ride a bike too well due to very poor balance. I was the type of kid
that always came home with a tone of scars all over my body due to that fact. I used to
drive my mother crazy with all my injuries.

There are things that you can do to help improve your memory, M-chan, that doesn't require
a visit to the doctor or a lot of work. One of them just happens to be playing music.
Playing music takes a lot of coordination and concentration, so if you have any instrument
to practice with for like 30 minutes a day, that will help you a lot.

It gives you some simple pointers to help improve ones memory. Lack of energy also contributes to faulty
memory. If you feel tired all the time, like I sometimes do, and feel like sleep doesn't help much, then
you might be suffering from a health problem contributing to this issue like thyroid problems or your liver
may need some cleansing. Thinking a 6oz glass of water filled with half a lemon or lime can significantly help
cleanse your liver. If you do this for about 2 weeks you will start to notice a difference in your energy level

I'm going to follow your advise about eating smaller quantities of junk food. I think you are 100% right about that fact.
I usually snack on large quantities which is very counter productive for good health. Stress is basically the reason why I
tend to eat more too. There is so much stress out there it is scary. I guess I need to start thinking of fun health activities
that might help relive some of that stress. Maybe I will start playing music again. That always helped me a lot even if I'm horrible
at it.

Oooh, what would I like to do as a collab with ya? Hum, all of those are really awesome suggestions too. I love the idea of doing a song
with you. Coloring one of your images works for me as well. I like the song idea better though. What type of song did you have in mind? I have plenty of songs that I need to finish that would be perfect for us to work on. Or, we could make up our own song I would only be able to work on it during the weekend,s but that would be more than enough time for me. Either idea would be fine with me. Tell me which
you like better and we can get started. If I had to choose for us, I'd like to work on a song with you. That is just me personally.

Anyway, I hope to hear from you soon sis. Everything is going pretty well for me at the moment. Today is my birthday, and I'm not happy about it. I'm starting to feel my age now...
